LISA DAVIDSON

Lisa Davidson joined Amplified Impact Partners in 2022 and partners closely with nonprofit organizations to strengthen their impact through strategic planning, board governance, and revenue development.

Lisa brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from the corporate sector, with deep expertise in strategy development and execution, stakeholder engagement, and program and project management. She held multiple senior leadership roles at San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), including Director of Customer Field Operations, where she oversaw customer field services, operations, and emergency response. During her tenure at SDG&E, Lisa also served in leadership positions across External Affairs, Customer Services, and Operations. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant with Accenture.

Lisa is an active nonprofit board leader, currently serving on the board of MANA de San Diego, where she chairs the Board Governance Committee. She previously served on the boards of Reality Changers and the Association of Women in Water, Energy & Environment. Lisa is a graduate of LEAD San Diego’s IMPACT program and Leadership California’s Issues and Trends Program.

She holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Diego.

Lisa lives in Carmel Valley with her husband, Greg. She enjoys tennis and travel.
