Helping San Diegans Experiencing Homelessness Find Strength in Song
Voices of Our City, known for its dignified and human-centered approach to homelessness, was at an inflection point—ready to grow and serve more people in need.
Amplified Impact Partners supported the organization in redefining its mission and values, developing a three-year strategic plan, and creating a diversified fundraising model.
The result: strengthened operations, greater recognition from city and state funders, and a powerful foundation for long-term sustainability and community impact.

Expanding Mission, Reach, and Impact for Military Families
Support the Enlisted Project (STEP) believes that all service members, Veterans, and their family members deserve to live to their fullest potential without fear of the next life crisis that financial know-how can solve. When STEP realized its work had outgrown its original mission, Amplified helped redefine its identity for the future.
Together, we crafted a new mission statement, messaging framework, and leadership strategy that more fully reflect the organization’s impact addressing food insecurity, homelessness, and financial stability among service members and veterans. With clearer purpose and a strengthened team, STEP is now positioned to expand its reach and deepen its community impact.
