ANDY FALKEN

Andy Falken is a program and operations leader with experience managing partner relationships and contracts for multinational business development projects. His career includes product development and program management for the concept, design and development of industrial products, as well as senior leadership roles in engineering and operations. He has led fabrication and assembly operations in the automotive and aerospace industries, with a focus on building scalable systems and delivering complex work across cross-functional teams.

Falken has supported the community through board service with local charities, including organizations assisting survivors of domestic violence and AIDS fundraising initiatives. He also spent eight years as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County and volunteered for eight years with Jewish Family Service, providing in-home repairs for seniors.

Falken holds a master’s degree in systems engineering from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Ohio State University.

Outside of work, Falken describes himself as a low-level polymath with deep curiosity about how people think, how machines work, how cultures evolve and how the laws of physics shape the world.
