ANDY KAISER

Andy Kaiser is a Forensic Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner who has worked independently since 2020 on cases involving business litigation, as well as estate and probate accounting. Prior to his forensic work, Andy held CFO positions at startup companies in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, social networking and telecommunications. He specialized in scaling startups into viable companies through venture capital and debt financing by creating solid operational plans that adapt business operations to market conditions. He was involved in three startups that were acquired: Coradiant by BMC Software, IPivot by Intel Corp. and Primary Access Corp. by 3Com.

Andy was a board member of NAMI-San Diego from 2012 to 2019, serving as Treasurer for five years and Board President for two years. He revamped the Governance Committee and headed the CEO Search Committee during his time as president. He also served as Treasurer for ALS-San Diego from 2002 to 2003 and volunteered for Pacific Community Ventures from 2012 to 2013.

Andy Kaiser holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
