JENNIFER LUTZ

Jennifer Lutz is a business-minded attorney with substantial experience across all aspects of employment law. A trusted adviser to established corporations and growing businesses, she helps clients foster healthy workplace cultures and proactively address issues before they escalate. Jennifer has grown her team from three to more than 30 attorneys, and leads, coaches, and mentors associates and staff. She also oversees budgets and supports strategic business planning for her firm.

Jennifer has been active in an array of community organizations. She has served on and led committees supporting her children’s school foundations and was a board member of a community soccer club for more than a decade. Jennifer also volunteered with several San Diego philanthropies through the National Charity League for seven years and served as the adult leader for her son’s Lion’s Heart chapter for six years, focused on community giving.

Jennifer is a proud double Wildcat, having earned her undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Arizona.

Jennifer and her husband have lived in Scripps Ranch for nearly 20 years. They have two college-age children and two doodles. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys time with family and friends, travel, running, hiking and reading.
