NATASHA SOLOMON

Natasha Solomon began her career in restaurants, launching a path in hospitality that quickly grew into a focus on events and sales. She built experience across venue sales, catering sales and AV sales. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Solomon started her own business development consulting company. After running the business for a time, she returned to hospitality and joined Snake Oil Cocktail Company in San Diego, where she has worked since.
Solomon’s community involvement began with LEAD San Diego, where her Leadership Action Team project focused on strengthening Oncology and Kids’ ambassador program. She continues to stay engaged in that work. She also serves on the board of Black Women Adventures, helping expand wellness opportunities for Black women across California.
Solomon attended the University of Maryland, College Park, earning a dual degree in criminology and criminal justice, with a minor in sustainability.
She moved to San Diego to be close to her brother, who was stationed in the region, and values staying connected to family. Outside of work, Solomon enjoys trying great food, running, rollerblading and spending time with friends.
