LYNN TSOFLIAS

Lynn Tsoflias has served as an executive leader, consultant and advisor for start-ups and multinational organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She has held leadership roles at Microsoft, LinkedIn, Insightly, Kiva.org, and the World Bank, with a focus on building and scaling high-performing teams that drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
At Microsoft, Tsoflias led go-to-market launches for new products, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which she grew from pre-revenue to $330 million - a business that has since grown to over $5 billion. She later served as Executive Sales Leader at LinkedIn and as Vice President of Customer Success at Insightly, where she managed global go-to-market teams that consistently exceeded growth and customer satisfaction targets.
Her nonprofit experience includes building and reimagining the Kiva.org Partnerships team to expand global reach, as well as collaborating with governments, bilateral donors, and NGOs while at the World Bank to design and finance social sector programs. She contributed to education initiatives in East Africa that enabled thousands of girls in Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya to attend secondary school.
Tsoflias is also deeply committed to workforce development in under-served communities. She volunteers with organizations such as Goodwill, Dress for Success, Year Up, and Kiva.org, supporting programs that provide economic mobility and access to opportunity. She is currently a board member of JVS, a non-profit focused on work development in California
She received her MBA from the Duke Fuqua School of Business, and holds a BA in Economics from The University of Chicago and enjoyed a year abroad at the London School of Economics.
