Lane Macy Kiefaber brings three decades of nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, strategy, and organizational growth experience to Amplified Impact. As Director of Strategic Advancement, she helps build the partnerships, philanthropic investment, and revenue strategies needed to expand Amplified’s reach and strengthen nonprofit capacity across the region.

Prior to joining Amplified, Lane was CEO of Coastal Community Foundation and led the foundation through its integration with San Diego Foundation, stewarding donor relationships, community funds, and organizational transition through a complex merger process. She has served as a nonprofit executive, fundraiser, grantmaker, consultant, founder, and board member, with deep experience launching and revitalizing initiatives and organizations, designing revenue strategies, and bringing people and resources together around community impact.

Lane is also Founder of SafeBeaches.org, a public awareness and education nonprofit focused on preventing beach- and ocean-related injuries and deaths through The Ocean Code™, and Founder of Red To Black Consulting, which supports nonprofit and mission-driven organizations through start-up, growth, transition, and sustainability.

Lane lives in Encinitas with her family. She is married to John, a Navy Commander, and in her free time, she is outside running, swimming, at the beach, with friends, volunteering, or cheering on her daughters.
